Car Parking in Peebles

There are four main car parks in the town - two of which have public toilet facilities ( Eastgate & Kingsmeadows). Parking can be difficult in the Eastgate car park on Thursday while the market is in operation.

There is a charge for car park parking on Saturday only - it is free on the other days of the week, however there are parking restrictions in place on the main streets at other times.

Situated alongside the Edinburgh Road
There are public toilets located in this car park. Vehicle access is from the Edinburgh road - there is pedestrian access directly from the car park to the main shopping areas of the town.

Located on the South side of the Tweed Bridge (cross the bridge and veer left - take first exit on left).
there are public toilets located at this car park.

Located on the Western edge of town adjacent to the cemetery and Hay lodge Park. There are no toilets in this car park but there are facilities close by at the main entrance to Hay Lodge Park.
