Pilates classes really focus on a workout working from the inside out , teaching you how to improve not just core stability but also alignment and posture. Anyone can do Pilates and work at their own level within a class, although I do offer Dynamic Pilates classes as well which are a bit more challenging.
Many benefits can be achieved from Pilates including improving back pain, improving core stability, general mobility and also relaxation.
Not just for women I also have a mixed evening class.
Ante and post natal ladies may attend some sessions.
